1 – Free and Easy Returns

Terms and Conditions:

We accept returns up to 100 days after the receipt of your purchase. However, we ask that you refrain from removing any tags, washing, or altering the garment. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with tags attached and any additional packaging and accessories included. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee, or possible denial of refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you our 100 day money-back guarantee.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back opened packages or personal items such as underwear, dress shirts, socks, or other products worn directly on your body. Also, we will not be able to accept returns of belts or other merchandise with marks or signs of wear.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the Hundred Dollar Suits invoice or order email. You may use any shipping company you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Hundred Dollar Suits cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee, and any taxes or tariffs associated with the shipment.

No taxes! When we say hundred dollar suit, we mean one hundred dollars. We are located in New York, and only collect taxes in very few jurisdictions in New York state.

7 – Can I send a suit as a gift?

 

Sure! Just change the shipping address from your place to your friend’s. Soon we will be selling gift cards as well, in case you don’t know your friend’s suit size.

 

 


 

8 – Can I buy a hundred dollar woman’s suit?

 

Not yet, but we’re working on it. In fact, women’s suits are the next big thing for Hundred Dollar Suits!

 

 


 

9 – What is the the five dollar referral reward program?

 

If you refer a friend, you can get $5 store credit for Hundred Dollar Suits. After referring a friend, your friend has to register an account with us. Once your friend spends $100 or more, we send you $5! Checks for referral rewards are mailed every three months. You can use your referral rewards at any time as store credit for your purchases on Hundred Dollar Suits.

 

 


 

10 – How do I refer a friend?

 

Visit our website and log into your account.

Select the Referral Program tab.

There are no codes or passwords necessary. Simply fill in your friend’s email (and feel free to customize your message)! Then send it out.

Shop. Refer. Repeat.

 

 


 

11 – How do I check my referral status?

 

Log into your account anytime and select the“referral Program”.

Find your referral’s account status is in the middle column.

Find your referral’s purchase history in the right column.
